My room did not match the photos online. It was quite dark because of the wooden decor and poor lighting. getting in and out of bed was difficult because of the bulky bed frame. the lack of privacy was a concern. Staff were always around.

clean roomdelicious food
i stayed here for five nights. the staff cleaned the room twice daily and maintained everything well (the turn-down service was a nice touch). the food was delicious and the chef accommodated my dietary requests with special dishes. (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit!).

I found the staff very attentive and helpful . The service at the beach was excellent including the sun loungers and parasols. Breakfast stood out with a tasty and varied selection. The outdoor view was superb. The luxury pavilion garden view was comfortable and spacious.

i had the most magical time! the luxury ocean view villa private pool was amazing. the pool was large and very private, perfect for romantic swims. i loved watching the sunsets over mount agung from the terrace, it was like a dream.
the early morning prayers were quite loud. i used earplugs but still found it difficult to sleep past 4 a.m.

The staff were really good. Everyone greeted me with a genuine smile. the concierge helped me arrange a wonderful snorkeling trip, and the spa staff provided the best massage i have ever experienced!!!

the hotel is a bit isolated, and that is PERFECT. it's close to gili islands, approximately 15 minutes by speedboat. it offered the peace and quiet i desperately needed, a true escape from the world.

the grounds are amazing it is a very quiet location
the room did not represent pictures i saw online the room was very dark due to lack of light there was a lack of privacy from staff in this hotel i constantly had to ask staff to bring the menu at breakfast
